Yes. Almost every confection on our site can be made gluten-free, vegan or without nuts. Please be aware that gluten-free and vegan ingredients are a little more expensive so that will reflect on the prices being a little more. The texture will also be different depending on the item.

We take all allergies seriously and do our best to eliminate allergy ingredients. However, our baked goodies are made in a facility where nuts and chocolate are nearby. To this day we have not had any issues with allergens being in confections that were requested to be nut, wheat and chocolate free.

We tested all scenarios of maintaining freshness. Any of our items including pet treats will last 2 days on the counter, 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer. No matter how you choose to keep them, it is very important to keep them in an airtight bag or container.

Yes. We cater all local events in Central Florida and surrounding areas up to 40 miles. Events would include, but not limited to, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, churches, funerals, baby/bridal showers, realtors, office parties and weddings. Yes. We offer free delivery to Central Florida and surrounding areas up to 40 miles with a $30 minimum. Free shipping is offered with a minimum order starting at $50.

1. Booking, Payment and Deposits: Booking: Paws and Biscotti Bakery requires one (1) month in advance booking for any event consisting of 25 attendees or more. Our company is very busy during certain times of the year especially for weddings, quinceañera, graduations and fund raisers. Deposit: A 50% deposit may be required to secure the booking. Payment Schedule: Remaining balance after deposit will be due 5 days prior to event date. Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Paws and Biscotti Bakery. Setup Fee: A $30 setup fee may be required 2. Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy: Notice Period: 7 day notice is required to cancel our services without penalties. Long Notice: A significant refund (75%) or store credit may be offered for cancellations with ample time (15 days or more) before the event. Medium Notice: A partial refund or credit (50%) might be available for cancellations within a shorter timeframe (7-14 days before the event). Short Notice: No refund or credit may be offered for cancellations within a very short period before the event less than 7 days). No Show/Late Cancellation: Full payment may be due, and no refund will be issued if the client fails to show up or cancels the order on the day of the event. 3. Food Handling and Safety: Food Responsibility: Client or Host of event or celebration is responsible for safe food handling after delivery. Paws and Biscotti Bakery does not assume ANY responsibility once we deliver the order. Time Limits: All orders should be consumed within a few hours of being out of their airtight containers or covering to ensure the freshest flavor and texture. 4. Event Set-up Set-up Responsibility: This service includes unboxing and placing the desserts on display, according to clients requested design. Please ensure any display pieces you provide are on the cake table before our arrival. We do not offer full table design. We deliver the order of bakery goods, get verification of the order and place them where they are specified to be. Cleanup: It’s important to note that our responsibility ends upon delivery and signoff of the order. This means we do not stay to assist with cleanup. 5.Liability Limited Liability: Always read our ingredient lists carefully and consider any potential allergens or ingredients that might not be suitable for your guests. Paws and Biscotti Bakery is not liable for food allergies or injuries sustained at the event. While we do practice safe baking protocols, we share a facility where Gluten, Nuts and Chocolate are present and used in other treats.
